Validate that the property is used

Connect to the Runtime with:
- Windows: <Runtime-Home>\bin\client.bat
- Linux <Runtime-Home>/bin/client
- env | grep log4j2.formatMsgNoLookups
- At the prompt type:
- if the property is correctly set, this karaf command returns: “log4j2.formatMsgNoLookups true”
