New observability metric category
A new metric category, component_error, has been added to the
observability metrics obtained via the /monitoring/observability/executions/{runId}/component endpoint.

Information noteNote: This feature can now retrieve all the metrics data since a Job start, without being limited to the data generated within the first 3 hours only.
