| Semantic type enforcement | The semantic types applied to your fields in Talend Data Inventory in a source dataset are no longer reset at each step of the pipeline. Any semantic type applied to a field in your source dataset, or at any step using a type converter processor, is now propagated to the rest of the pipeline. |
| Type converter improvement | The Type converter processor now supports semantic types in addition to
primitive types. Use the new Primitive/Semantic switch to
browse the list of semantic types provided by Talend, or your custom ones.
