MariaDB driver update and impact on JDBC URL |
The MariaDB connector driver has been upgraded to version 3.0.3. Before that release, the URL format jdbc:mysql: could sometimes be used, but the new driver now only accepts jdbc:mariadb: as the default database URL format. Read the corresponding MariaDB Release Notes and the Talend MariaDB connector documentation for more information. |

Avro version update and impact on schema validation |
The Avro version used in Cloud connectors has been upgraded to version 1.11.x. This version is more strict with schema validation. For example, it is no longer possible to provide an Integer where a String is expected. |
