tDataDecrypt

Decrypts data encrypted with the tDataEncrypt component.

Decrypting the cipher text and reading the original data require either:
  • The user-defined password and the cryptographic file.
  • The 256-bit secret key encoded with base64.
Information noteNote: The minimum required Java version for this component is Java 8u161.

In local mode, Apache Spark 2.4.0 and later versions are supported.

This component is not shipped with your Talend Studio by default. You need to install it using the Feature Manager. For more information, see Installing features using the Feature Manager.
