Fixed issues
- Supervision IBMi (tuning): unique TimeRefresh value for each GC (distribution) and FC (file) scan.
- Supervision IBMi (tuning): replaced TimeRefresh by 1900-12-31-00.00.00.000000 for FC (file) if no date is retrieved.
