Properties to configure to connect to a Zendesk account.

Connection | Server URL | Enter the URL address of the Zendesk account you want to connect
to. The URL must include the subdomain, for example: https://mycompany.zendesk.com |
User name | Enter the user name that allows you to connect to Zendesk. The user name expected format is: yourusername@mycompany.com |

Token | Enter the API token associated with your account that allows you to
authenticate to Zendesk. For more information read the Zendesk documentation. |

Description | Enter a display name (mandatory) and a description (optional) for the connection. |
Zendesk dataset

Dataset name | Enter a display name for the dataset. This name will be used as a unique identifier of the dataset in all Talend Cloud apps. | |
Connection | Select your connection in the list. If you are creating a dataset based on an existing connection, this field is read-only. | |
Main | Selection type | Select the Zendesk element you want to retrieve, either Tickets or Requests. |
Schema | Select the schema parts of the tickets or requests you want to retrieve. |
