Configuring the SAML authentication with Microsoft Active Directory FS

AD FS is a service provided by Microsoft as a standard role for Windows Server that provides a web login using existing Active Directory credentials.

Here is a recommendation for the configuration:

The value for the SAML 2.0/W-Federation URL in the AD FS Endpoints section is /adfs/ls/ if you select the defaults for the installation. Use this value for the Single Sign On URL when configuring Talend Data Catalog SAML Server.

The Identity provider should take the value for the Identifier URL in the AD FS Relying Party Trusts section.

For more information on system requirements and getting started with AD FS, refer to the AD FS documentation.
