On Linux
Runtime is started from console with <Runtime-Home>/bin/ setenv
- Edit <Runtime-Home>/bin/ setenv

Add line:
- export JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS=-Dlog4j2.formatMsgNoLookups=true
- The screenshot below is given as an example
- Restart Runtime
