Known issues in R2022-11

When you access a remote project in offline mode, logon fails if the manual commit mode or the unlocked items commit mode is enabled and if there are any uncommitted changes in the project repository.

The issue can be resolved by opening the remote project, committing your changes, and then switching back to the offline mode.
