Creating workflow actors

About this task

To create one or more workflow actors, do the following:

In the BPM perspective, open the workflow for which you want to define users and click inside the pool.
In the General view, click the Actors tab.
Click Add to add as many actors as needed.
You can customize the name and description of the actors in the Name and Description fields directly.
Select an actor and then click Set as initiator to set the selected actor as the initiator.
If an actor is not needed any more, select the actor and then click Delete to remove it from the list.
The next step is to map one or more of the created actors to MDM roles.
