Creating a custom connection


  1. Open Talend Management Console.
  2. Go to Management.
  3. Select the environment from the Environment drop-down list at the top of the page.
  4. Click Connections in the appropriate workspace.


    Menu to click the Connections button.
  5. On the Connections page, click Add Connection.
  6. In the Add New Connection wizard, select the workspace in which to create the connection.
    The current workspace is selected by default.
  7. Select Custom connections from the Applications drop-down list.
  8. Enter the connection name.
  9. Click Add Parameter as many times as needed.
  10. Define the parameter keys and enter the parameter values specific to the connection.
  11. Click Save.


The connection has been created in your workspace.
