Monitoring campaigns

Campaign owners can track and collect all operations done on tasks by data stewards. They can monitor data stewards' efficiency and adherence to Service Level Agreement (SLA) through a dashboard with metrics which identify trends and provide snapshots of performance.

You may have specific questions regarding your campaigns. For example:
  • Is the workload well balanced among data stewards?
  • What is the average resolution time for tasks?
  • What are the trends in average task resolution time?
  • What are the trends in number of tasks not resolved before due date?

Trend and numerical widgets on the dashboard answer such questions and provide you with insight into the performance of single or multiple stewards.

Owners of campaigns have access to their own dashboards which can be customized to meet their needs. If you are removed from a campaign, your dashboard is deleted. If the campaign is deleted, its dashboard is deleted.
