Procedure

Open a web browser and navigate to the Talend Administration Center URL address.
Example : http://localhost:8080/org.talend.administrator
In the Login window, when trying to log in, a message informs you that you have to log in via the Identity Provider system (Okta for example).
Log in the Identity Provider system first and click the Talend Administration Center application to access it.

Talend Administration Center opens up on a welcome page.
The menus and menu items shown vary according to the edition of Talend Administration Center currently in use. They also vary according to your role, whether you are an Administrator, Operation manager, Designer or Viewer.
Click the Login button.
