Sharing all versions of an API

Add owners or editors to all versions of an API, including future versions.

Before you begin

You are an owner of the API.

On the homepage, by clicking the Sharing button next to the API name.
Choose the user or user group to share the project with. You can:
- Click the + button to the right of the name.
- Select the user or group and click ADD AS.
Select whether you want to add them an owner or editor.
Repeat with as many users or groups as necessary, then click Share.

The users and groups selected now have accessed to all versions of the API.
