Creating the Job

Procedure

  1. Launch Talend Studio and create an empty Job.
  2. Drag and drop these four components on the workspace: tFixedFlowInput, tFileOutputDelimited, tSambaConnection, and tSambaPut.
  3. Connect the tFixedFlowInput component to the tFileOutputDelimited component using a Row > Main connection.
  4. Connect the tFixedFlowInput component to the tSambaConnection component using a Trigger > OnSubjobOK connection.
  5. Connect the tSambaConnection component to the tSambaPut component using a Trigger > OnSubjobOK connection.
