Exporting workflow processes and applications in the BPM perspective

From the BPM perspective, you can export processes (.bos files) and application files for one or more designed workflows in order to import them into the MDM server.

Before you begin

You have already connected to the MDM server from Talend Studio. At least one workflow exists.

About this task

To export one or more workflow processes and application files, do the following:

Procedure

  1. In the BPM perspective, click the Diagram menu and select Export....
    The Export dialog box appears. As shown in the dialog box, the selected files will be exported to a workspace archive file in the destination folder selected.
  2. Select the desired folder or create a new folder as needed. The selected folder name is displayed in the Destination path field.
  3. Click Finish. A progress bar appears, indicating the export progress. If the export succeeds, you may check the exported files in the destination folder.
    Information noteWarning: When you export a workflow manually, you must delete bonita-client.jar in WEB-INF/lib in order not to have a classloader conflict between tem.ear and bonita.war.
