Accessing the user account details

You can see or edit the properties, statistics and preferences of a user account.

Before you begin

You have been assigned a global role with the Security Administration capability.


  1. Go to MANAGE > Users.
  2. Select a user from the list.
  3. Click the Properties tab to see or edit the account information.
  4. Click the Period Statistics and Activity Statistics tabs to monitor the activities of the user.
  5. Click the Preferences tab to see or clear the assigned preferences.
