Workflow approver
As an Approver, you can reject or approve new objects or changes made to published objects.
The Approve action advances the object to the Approved status. The Reject action returns the object to the Draft status.
By default, the approval activity is a part of the workflow process. The administrator can disable the Allow approval of terms option when configuring the workflow.
