Workflow object roles
A user with the Workflow Management capability object role can assign the Workflow Editing, Workflow Reviewing, Workflow Approving and Workflow Publishing capabilities.
Object roles can have one or more of these workflow capabilities.
The following diagram shows the workflow in a matrix with the workflow capabilities required
for each workflow state and action.
The table below describes the different workflow actions that you can perform on objects for each workflow capabilty.
