Parameters are defined exclusively on an NT platform using the Manager
(DDmanager.exe).
Procedure

On startup, a login dialog box is displayed to enter credentials.
The user name is defaulted from your Windows session user name. Enter the
password, if the Talend Change Data Capture administrator has assigned you one. If not, you can leave the password
field empty.

The first time you login, if no source subscription was previously set up,
login to the Manager without selecting the Auto connect to
source check box. You will then subscribe to a source, as
defined in Managing sources subscription and connection.

If a source subscription was already set up before, select the Auto
connect to source check box to log on automatically to the last
source used in the previous session.
